Cat is feline mammal, usually having a soft and guff fur. Cat, like many other mammals communicate a variety of messages using their body language. It is sometimes a fun to understand body language of a cat. Cats make different kind of tricks, while they play in your yard. Their funny tricks and attitude attracts others. Many people fail to understand their body language. As compare to dogs, it is very slow to judge in cats what they are telling through their body language, which creates false impression. Thus cats love to spend time among family members and like to share feeling and affections with them.

Don’t ever think that you can’t train your cat. It would be better to buy a kitten, because you can train it easily. Most of the people say that kittens can't be taught tricks because of their independent nature, but it is not an impossible task. It can be performed, but a little struggle is required. Most of the kittens can learn various types of tricks.

As compare to other animals, to train a cat is an easy task, but it would be better to start training your cats when they are kittens, because kittens are more likely to pick up the training.

You must teach your kitten to recognize its specific name. By calling out its name at feeding or eating time, it should recognize and come towards you. Try to choose a different and unique name of your kitten, because it will help prevent confusion. After a certain time, your kitten would recognize the name. And whenever you will call your kitten, your kitten will come to you.

You must put a leash or collar in your kitten’s neck. Sooner your kitten will use to the collar and this will help when you take your kitten out for a walk.

Give a “sit” command to your kitten at feeding time by moving the kitten's food dish or plate over its head because this trick will often cause your kitten to sit down while watching the dish or plate in anticipation of the food.
